A 21 year old female complains of abdominal pain. LMP was 2 weeks ago.On USG there are 4cm, 3cm, 2cm cystic structures.What is the next step in management?

a)Repeat USG in 4 weeks
b)Laparascopy and drain the cyst
d)Ignore the findings

Ignore the findings
because the found cystic structures could be Functional cyst so the best answer is d cysts of the ovary
