About 3 hours after the forceps delivery ,the mother developed hypovolumic shock. Uterus is well contracted and deviated to the left. Amount of blood lost is only 200 ml.

What is the most likely diagnosis?

A. Uterine rupture
B. Uterine Inversion
C. Atony
D. Vaginal lacerations
E. Coagulopathy
