a middle-aged man who was previously diagnosed with wegener’s granulomatosis and has been on azathioprine and prednisolone comes complaining of cough for 2 days with blood-streaked sputum. He also has some mild exertional dyspnea. Physical examination was unremarkable. What is the diagnosis?


a. azathioprine-induced interstitial pneumonia
b. bronchopneumonia
c. reactivation of wegener’s granulomatosis
d. atypical pneumonia
e. pneumocystitis infection
